Position: Operations & Guest Relations Executive
This position plays a key role in our operations and customer engagement process, handling all inquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between guests, partners, and our internal team. The ideal candidate will also bring creative ideas to strengthen our brand presence through marketing and social media.
Position: Operations & Guest Relations Executive
1. Guest Communication and Bookings
* Receive and respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
* Manage bookings across all listed properties including Roy Farm, Palm Rocks, Hidden Eden, and others.
* Share payment details, confirm reservations, and maintain an organized booking calendar.
* Ensure clear communication before and after each guest’s stay.
2. Operations and Coordination
* Coordinate with on-ground farm managers, vendors, and cleaning staff to ensure guest readiness.
* Track property maintenance, amenities, and guest feedback.
* Assist in creating a streamlined and efficient operational process.
3. Business Growth and Partnership Development
* Identify and reach out to potential farm owners interested in listing their properties under Bengaluru Farm Stays.
* Explain the model, process, and partnership benefits to new prospects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure service quality and consistency.
4. Marketing and Brand Promotion
* Develop creative ideas to promote Bengaluru Farm Stays on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
* Work with the content and design team to create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
* Support small events, collaborations, and influencer visits to enhance brand visibility.
5. Reports and Administration
* Maintain a digital record of bookings, leads, payments, and guest data.
* Prepare weekly reports covering operations, leads, and social media performance.
Expected Qualities
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
* Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Creative and enthusiastic about hospitality, nature, and marketing.
* Well-organized and good at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Structure and Details
* Salary: To be discussed during the final meeting based on experience and deliverables.
* Reporting to: Sandeep Roy (Founder, Bengaluru Farm Stays)
* Work Mode: Hybrid (remote and occasional on-site visits)
* Start Date: Immediate or mutually agreed upon.
