About this place
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.where one can connect to nature in the most peaceful setting . Located on an organic farm one can connect to their roots and also witness farming activities in and around the farm . Located close to manchinbele dam and savandurga one can also take part in adventure activities very close to the farm.
Food Menu - MENU @ SAPAN
Kindly abide by the following to have a memorable holiday
- Check IN – 12 pm
- Check OUT – 10 am next day.
- Complete payment of the amount agreed must be prepaid before visit. Non – Refundable.
- Meal Timings: Breakfast 8 – 9 am* – Lunch 1 – 3 pm* – Dinner 9 – 10:30 pm*
- Kitchen will be closed post 10pm – Any Special Orders As per availability @ actulas.
Any service required post 11pm will be charged @ 1000/- per hour. Our caretakers are also human and need rest just as you do. - Gate of the farm house will be locked from 11pm to next day morning for the safety of the guests.
- No food items beside the pool.
- Strict restrictions on the high rope adventure, post sunset and under influence of alchohol – NO DRUG ABUSE.
- Any extra food required should be requested at least 24 hours before check in.
- NO LOUD MUSIC POST 11PM.
- Any illegal activity done in the farm could lead to direct checkout process and the client would be solely responsible.
- NATURE LOVERS – PRE BOOK NATURE TRAIL- SIGHTING POSSIBILITIES – PEACOCK, WILD BOAR – 5am
- We do not restrict pool entry once sunsets, but reptile and scorpions -BEWARE
